What is UGC?
UGC is User-Genetared Content. The term used for content creators who produce videos for brands—and share them on their social media—regardless of how many followers they have. We’re talking about valuable content because it builds trust by being created by real users, helps improve customer understanding, and increases reach. At HICARI, although we use that concept, it’s not always for the creator’s social media; it may be content delivered solely for the brand’s use.
Who can register as a creator?
Anyone over 18 who can create original content can join as a creator. Your follower count doesn’t matter.
What are the 3 types of creators?
- Standard Creators: no validations or requirements. They offer the most affordable pricing for businesses.
- Pro Creators: an intermediate option where we ask for prior experience with your portfolio. Requires validation.
- Premium Creators: elite creators with extensive experience, and the HICARI team reviews and validates their content to give them this label.
Is there any cost to be a creator on the platform?
No. Registering as a creator is completely free.

What is HICARI Workspace?
It’s HICARI’s workspace for creators, on the web and in the app. With the Free plan you organise your collaborations (including those you land outside HICARI), scripts, delivery calendar, checklist and library. Premium adds the CRM for brands, invoices and payments, income analytics, AI for your scripts and the VIP community.
Do I have to upload the content on my social media, or is it for the brand?
The content is delivered to the brand.
Although it’s possible that, in the brief, the brand indicates that you should upload it to your social media. To do that, log in to the platform and enable the social media channels where you agree to post: Instagram, TikTok, or both. You’ll get an extra payment for posting on your social media.
Read the brief carefully to make sure you understand the instructions before accepting it, whether it’s a private request or you sign up for a public request.
Will they pay me or send free products?
At HICARI, all creators get paid. All of them. No more free collaborations from companies. The minimum price we require from businesses starts at €70 (register to see how much you’d earn) per piece of content if you’re a Standard creator.
If the company needs it, they can send you the product (free) to create the content and even ask you to visit their business to try their product/service. This is regardless of your payment, which is 100% guaranteed.
Does the content have a usage limit, or is it unlimited?
The brand will specify how the content can be used. This content has unlimited usage organically and for one (1) year in Paid Media. Creators can set their own rates for private requests.
When and how do I receive my payments?
Payments are processed once a month. You can withdraw your balance via PayPal, bank transfer, or other methods available depending on your country.
