In content requests, the brand has unlimited usage rights for one (1) year of unlimited paid media and unlimited organic. That said, it can never modify the video, or distort the voice, image of the video, or the creator. Check the conditions to see the details.
In campaigns, the brand does not have usage rights to the content, except for extra payment for the rights. However, it does have the option to add Paid to the publication if the brief indicates so for six (6) months.

Payments are processed once a month. You can withdraw your balance via PayPal, bank transfer, or other methods available depending on your country.

You’re entitled to a (1) round of minor modifications if the content doesn’t match the brief. If it still doesn’t convince you, you can request an additional modification at an extra cost.
If the video clearly doesn’t comply with what was agreed, HICARI will review the case and deliver a new video at no additional cost.
The content from requests is 100% yours! When the creator accepts the brief and delivers the content, they agree to the assignment of the usage and image rights for it. You’ll be able to use the content on your organic channels such as social media, website, newsletter, offers… and also in paid campaigns!. Just remember that you won’t be able to modify it, add copyrighted music, or distort the creator’s statements.
In campaigns, the content doesn’t belong to the brand, unless they pay that extra to be able to receive it and use it.
If you need to send a product, you can do so without any problem. You’ll have that option in the brief. Remember that all creators have a price; the platform’s minimum is from €70 per piece of content.
If you want the creator to test a service, make sure you indicate it clearly in the brief and provide the creator with instructions on how and where to test your service.
Yes, it’s an option offered by HICARI. That creators travel to physical locations to film or test services at no additional cost.
But ask yourself… is it necessary?. If it’s to test a service, then most likely yes. But if you don’t offer a physical service (like, for example, a restaurant, a product you can touch or show, an activity, etc.), it may be better for the creator to describe it naturally out on the street, at home. In any case, even if you have a fixed idea, talk privately via the chat on the platform and ask the creator for their opinion if you have any doubts.

The balance is used to pay for content within the platform. You can top it up and use it to create requests to creators. If you don’t spend all the balance, it’s kept within the platform and accumulates so you can use it later or combine it with other top-ups.
Yes, any unused balance expires after 12 natural months from the purchase date. You have plenty of time to use it!
Yes, the plans include additional promotional balance that you can use in your requests and get free videos from creators.
In all one-off plans (except “Pay per video”), we offer free additional balance. For example, in the Performance Plan you pay €756 but you receive €840 in balance (€84 as a gift, which would allow you to make a FREE VIDEO with a Standard creator and accumulate a remaining amount of €14). This extra balance is automatically added to your account.
Each plan includes a guaranteed minimum and maximum number of videos (between 3 and 12), access to more than 300 creators, direct chat with creators, usage rights for the delivered content, or AI briefing tools, among other things.
Depending on the type of creator you select and who produces your video, you’ll have more or less balance available. That’s why there’s a guaranteed minimum range. For example, if you buy a Growth Pack between 3 and 6 videos, you can buy 6 videos from Standard creators, but you can play with the balance by mixing the 3 types of creators available.
Campaign payments will be made from the moment the campaign is created, since each one has its own circumstances, extras, and cost. You can also use the balance you have in your account for your campaigns.
