Are the videos published on the creator’s social media or sent to me?

All videos are delivered to the brand, so you can download and use them with full rights.

Additionally, in the brief, you can request that the content creator publish on their social media for a small additional fee. This is optional.

What happens if the video doesn’t meet my expectations?

HICARI includes a free revision system as part of the process. If something doesn’t reflect the brief or meet the desired standards, you can request 1 completely free adjustment. Further changes will incur an additional fee.

If the video does not match the brief provided, HICARI will review the case and it will not be considered complete. The creator may be changed at no cost, and the video will be discarded and cannot be used.
