Talk to each creator in the platform chat, review the delivery and request changes: the first round of changes is free.
Download and publish
Approve the video and download it with its usage rights, or ask the creator to publish it on their profile.

Questions about the UGC platform
What is a UGC platform?
It is an online service that connects brands with content creators to order UGC videos: filmed by real people, with the natural look of social media. On HICARI you post the brief, choose a creator, coordinate by chat and download the video from the same panel.
How much does it cost to use the platform?
Signing up, browsing creators and posting briefs is free. You only pay for the videos you order: from €70 per video, or from €60 per video with packs. There is no subscription and no lock-in.
What is the difference between a public and a private brief?
In a public brief, creators apply and you choose among the applications. In a private brief, you invite a specific creator directly, who has 72 hours to accept.
Can I request changes to a video?
Yes. You get one free round of changes. From the second one, the creator decides whether to do it at no cost or proposes an amount, which you confirm before the new delivery.
What usage rights do the videos have?
Unlimited organic use and use in paid campaigns (paid media) for 1 year. When the collaboration ends, you can extend the paid rights by 1 to 24 months, with the creator’s approval.
Do I need to send a product?
Not necessarily. You can send the product to the creator, ask them to visit your business or order a video that doesn’t need it. You specify it in the brief.
What if I’d rather HICARI managed it?
